Abandoned Vehicle Services was formed to assist towing and impound services, repair garages, body shops, and vehicle storage facilities in Georgia with navigating the required court documents and process for having a vehicle declared abandoned by the magistrate court.
AVS has been in business since 2017 and we have processed thousands of vehicles through the Georgia court system.
Businesses may be left holding the bag with unclaimed vehicles on their property because they were impounded by authorities and never claimed by the owner or the customer abandoned the vehicle and never paid for the work performed.
Either way, the vehicle cannot be legally sold or even used for parts without a court order deeming the vehicle as abandoned and released to be sold.
